RF magnetron sputtering of magnetic thin films

We explore quantum physics and its applications in fine structures of magnetic materials, strongly correlated electron systems, and superconductors designed with nanotechnology. Our goal is to establish physical principles for next-generation electronics by extracting quantum electronic and optical functions in terms of the manipulation of magnetic nanostructures and electron coherence.
